Henning's Wisconsin Cheese is a fourth generation family owned cheese factory based in rural Kiel, WI who has been making cheese since 1914. Henning’s Cheese uses all natural ingredients and supports small family dairy farmers who grass feed their cows. Pico is a Creamy White Cheddar blended with Southwestern spices & Serrano peppers. We call it our “Taco Cheese!”
