European Styles 

Of the dozens of recognized cheese "styles", all but two were developed in Europe over the last millenium. The remaining styles were developed right here in Wisconsin.

Traditional European style cheeses offer a wide ranging varity of flavors from a creamy and mild Swiss to a firm and robust Gruyere style to the aromatic Limburger.
