This is a supple 2 Year Aged Swiss. Wonderful eyes – each piece looks like a picture. Very moist for a cheese that has been carefully aged for at least 2 years. Great for sandwiches or by itself with a beer.

best swiss i have ever had

Whenever we stop in door county, this is a must stop. We always buy at least 5 Swiss cheese for company drop ins and just a night in with wine and cheese for ourselves
