Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve
One of the most renowned of all the 600 cheeses from our state. And for good reason. This rare, washed rind work of art comes from a single herd of pasture grazed cows. Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve is the only cheese to ever win the coveted “Best Cheese in
America” title twice, and, in fact, it has won it THREE TIMES!
When the last cow is milked the raw milk goes directly into the production facility on the farm. It is then cave aged for at least 90 days. Farmstead cheeses are unique and rare. This is truly a special food.
Price is for about ½ Pound.
