France and Germany both claim to have invented Muenster – that’s how great this semi-soft, mild and creamy cow’s milk cheese is. Ours comes from the heart of
Wisconsin cheese country, in the rolling, glacially untouched hills of the southwest. We hate to carry on – but, again, this mellow work of art is a Master-made, World Champion.
