For the last few years this is a gift my manager gives her staff as a holiday gift. I look forward to it as my most tasty gift. The cheeses are amazing. I search the rest of the year to find something comparable but the taste of these cheeses is so unique. It's hard to share with my guests. The milk blends make tastes that you don't find in just any cheese. Complex rich notes that change as it moves around your mouth. These are artisan cheeses and deserve the best in America label. Thanks Wisconsin Cheese Masters for my favorite gift each year.
