Bellavitano Raspberry is a slightly moist Italian style cheese from Wiscon's north praire country. Soaked in Raspberry Tart Ale from New Glarus Brewing in southern Wisconsin. The raspberry flavor and pinkish hue add interest and distinction to your cheese plate. Matches great with ales of any stripe.
